Tough As Nails

Not since Rosie the Riveter’ in World War Two has our nation realized how imperative it is to have people who can keep the lights on, make sure our toilets flush and grow our food.

Tough as Nails is a competition series that celebrates everyday Americans who consider the calluses on their hands a badge of honor. A celebration of Essential Workers… a chance to honor the hard-working men and woman who keep our country running.

Tough as Nails contestants are tested for their strength, endurance, agility, life skills and most importantly, mental toughness. The challenges take place at real world job sites.

One by one, they are eliminated until the Tough as Nails winner is named, the toughest of them all.

BUT, what makes Tough as Nails different is that nobody goes home. Even if a contestant “punches out” of the Individual Competition, they continue competing until the end of the season in a Team Competition with a chance of winning additional cash prizes.

Tough as Nails redefines what it means to be tough, proving that tough, comes in all shapes and sizes. There’s no doubt that playing in the NFL or being a MMA fighter is tough but so is someone who gets up everyday in the dark, year after year, putting in an honest day’s work at a physically demanding job to provide for their family. People who sweat on factory floors instead of gym floors, those who wear work boots instead of workout shoes and those who punch timecards instead of swiping gym cards… their job is their workout.

Tough as Nails honors REAL PEOPLE in REAL LIFE who are… REAL TOUGH.
